Period of Cover
The warranty is for 1 year/ 25,000kms, 2 years/ 50,000kms or 3 years/ 75,000kms. Please confirm the period of cover for your vehicle on the registration form attached to this booklet.

Service Maintenance Requirement
The vehicle must be serviced every 10,000kms /6 months, whichever comes first at authorized service and repair centers listed at the back of this booklet to maintain the validity of the warranty within 500kms either side of service mileage or 10 days either side of due date.

What should I do if my vehicle breaks down?
To get warranty service, you must take your vehicle to any of the authorized service and repair centers listed at the back of this booklet. In the event of a possible claim, the owner must inform one of the authorized service and repair centers within 14 days.
If the vehicle shows signs of imminent failure, DO NOT continue to use it. This may aggravate the problem and cause greater damage for which we will not be liable.

Claims under this warranty will only be accepted:
- The vehicle has been serviced every 10,000kms /6 months whichever comes first at authorized service and repair centers.
- The service record booklet must be signed and stamped by the authorized service and repair center authenticating the service has been carried out.
- Repairs made under warranty must be performed at authorized service and repair centers.
- Warranty repairs will be made entirely at the discretion of the warranty administrator who reserves the right to either repair/ recondition damaged components or to replace damaged components with used/ reconditioned components.
- No repairs may be carried out until the warranty administrator provides a claim recommendation.
- No claims will be accepted for damage caused by:
- No claims will be accepted for damage caused by fire, war, sonic booms, or nuclear radiation.
- If you have not kept the conditions of this warranty, your claim will be rejected and your warranty will be canceled.
- No claims will be accepted for any consequential loss to parts not covered by this policy, where consequential loss is caused by a covered part.
- Non-disclosure or Misrepresentation – this policy is voidable if you or anyone acting for you fails to disclose or misrepresents any material fact.
